Laser Cut Short Kits
Our Laser is 100W, and does an excellent job. Our kits are less expensive than some others as the more powerful laser can cut a lot quicker, with more accuracy.
Send us your plan, either paper or electronic, and we will generate all the parts in Autocad and cut the kit for you. If you want a model scaled up or down we can do that as well. The cost for scaling up or down will be a little bit higher, but not excessive. We are aiming to keep the cost as low as possible. If you can send us a DXF file the cost of cutting the kit is significantly reduced.

Kit includes plans, fuse sides, all ribs and formers, false leading edges for wing and tailplane, wing and tailplane jigs, spars, wing & tail tubes, carbon fiber undercarriage, curved sections for fin & rudder, wing bolts. It can be fitted with a single servo per side for ailerons, or 2 per side at your request with split ailerons. Elevator servos inside the tailplane.

Building Material
We are now manufacturing spar material from Australian Hoop Pine. Hoop Pine is a very good alternative to Spruce as it is light and very strong, similar to Spruce. Sizes are available in imperial and metric, plus custom sizes, so they suit all plans, old and new. We have had mailing tubes manufactured to our specs so we can send the spars by mail
