Yes, all our First Aid and CPR courses are Nationally Recognised with Training and Assessment provided by Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909

How often do I need to do my CPR refresher training?

CPR refresher training is required annually as per Work Safe Australia requirements

How often do I need to do my First Aid refresher training?

First Aid refresher training is required every three years as per Work Safe Australia requirements

How much do your courses cost?

RISE Training ensures that all our courses are reasonably priced to meet the needs of our clients, to see specific prices view our course listing on our Home Page

Do you provide training in the workplace?

Yes, RISE Training specialises in providing training in your workplace. Please contact us to discuss timings and prices for Workplace based training

How quickly can I get/when will I get my Certificate?

Certificates can be emailed direct to you once you! Most students receive their certificate within 24hrs of completing their course requirements

Do I need a printed copy of my certificate?

Only if you want more paper in your life, or it is specifically requested by your employer

Will You Send me a reminder when I am due to renew my qualification?

Yes, RISE Training will email you 30 days prior to you certificate expiring giving you plenty of time to rebook your course and keep you certification relevant and up to date.

Do I only book through your website or are three different options?

You can call us direct and we can take a booking over the phone or you can go to our RTO supported website and find us there by searching our the 3032 postcode.

Do I have to by Credit Card?

All individual bookings must be paid for by Credit Card prior to attending the class. For group booking and business bookings training can be organised on invoice, please contact us to find out more on this option.
