General Instructions
A quick guide to the everyday rules and expectations every student
and parent should be aware of at Hindi Higher Secondary School.

Punctuality & Attendance
Students must reach school 10 minutes before the first bell. A minimum of 75% attendance is required in every term.

School Uniform
The prescribed uniform must be worn neatly on all working days, and the sports uniform on designated PT days only.

Identity Card
The school ID card must be carried at all times and shown at the gate, library and during examinations.

Use of Mobile Phones
Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not permitted on campus unless prior written permission is granted.

Homework & Assignments
Homework must be completed and submitted on time. Notebooks should be brought to school as per the day's timetable.

Discipline & Conduct
Students are expected to be courteous to staff and peers, and to maintain discipline in classrooms and on campus.

Leave Application
Any leave of absence must be informed in advance through a written application signed by a parent or guardian.

Care of School Property
Students are responsible for the upkeep of furniture, books and equipment; damage may attract a fine.

Visitors & Guardians
Parents or guardians visiting the school must report to the reception and obtain a visitor's pass before proceeding further.
