school life — worth knowing in advance.
Documentation
Transfer Certificate
TC requests must be submitted in writing with 15 days' notice. All dues must be cleared before issuance.
Admission
Re-Admission Policy
Students seeking re-admission after withdrawal must reapply and are subject to seat availability.
Fees
Fee Refund Policy
The admission fee is non-refundable. Term fees are refundable only on written request within 7 days of payment.

Sibling Concession
A fee concession is available for the second and subsequent siblings enrolled at the school, on request.
Attendance
Extended Medical Leave
Leave beyond 10 consecutive days requires a medical certificate and prior written intimation to the class teacher.
Academics
Change of Section / Stream
Requests for a section or stream change are considered only within the first two weeks of a new session.
Examinations
Missed Examination Policy
A supplementary exam may be arranged only for illness or emergencies, supported by valid documentation.
Transport
Change of Transport Route
Route or stop changes must be requested through the school office at least one week in advance.
Visitors
Early Pick-Up Policy
A student may only be released early to a parent or an authorised guardian listed in school records.
Exceptions are handled case by case.
