Medical Checkup
An annual health screening for every student, conducted on campus
by qualified doctors and paramedical staff.
General Physical Exam
Height, weight, BMI, posture and overall physical development check-up.
Eye Screening
Basic vision test to identify students who may need corrective glasses.
Dental Checkup
Oral hygiene assessment and basic dental screening by a visiting dentist.
ENT & Hearing Check
Basic ear, nose and throat examination along with a simple hearing test.
Cardiac Screening
Pulse and basic heart function check to flag any concerns for follow-up.
Vaccination Record Review
Verification of immunization records and guidance on any pending vaccines.
All checkups are conducted with prior parental consent. Any concern found during screening will be shared with parents directly, along with a referral if required.
Annual Checkup Schedule
Conducted once every academic session, class-wise, in the school health room.

What Parents Should Do
Sign and return the medical consent form before the checkup date.
Share any existing medical conditions or allergies in advance.
Send spectacles or hearing aids the student already uses, if any.
